YIN/YANG AND MINDFULNESS
Combining a Yin and a Yangpractice in one class, we explore the benefits gained from both; nourishing muscle tissue through dynamic and rhythmic movements, nourishing the deep connective tissue of the body (ligaments, bones, tendons, internal organs) by finding stillness and holding a pose for several minutes.
This includes the Ullaakut SaimaYin and NunaYin. Yin Yoga isa blissful practice that gives you plenty of time in each (mostly floor based) pose. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and joints of the body that are not often exercised. Release stress and tightness in body and mind with our Yin classes.
YOGA (EN FRANÇAIS /TAUGHT IN FRENCH)
Taught in French, this class is similar to Gentle Hatha/Yoga, everyone is welcome!

POWER FLOW/ POWER YOGA
This vigorous style will challenge your endurance, strength and stability. Practitioners should have experience with Yoga and Sun Salutations. Challenge yourself physically and mentally while focusing on lengthening and strengthening your muscles, whole body and your possibilities!

This pre-natal yoga class is designed to touch on every aspect of pregnancy. We will then move on to the ‘Yoga’ part of the course with gentle positions and flows with modifications to help your changing body relax, stretch and strengthen.
